Central Family Practice was established in 1998 with the mission to give personalized comprehensive integrative care that was not dictated by insurance companies. This is still central to our mission. Unfortunately, our costs have increased dramatically in the last few years and in order to continue to give the quality of care that we are committed to we will have to increase our prices beginning 12/1/16 (see below). When I was in nursing school I trained myself to take a 20 minute nap with my backpack over my face in the student lounge. As a midwife, mom, student, it was my only salvation from chronic sleep deprivation. It has stayed with me now mostly as a weekend activity.
