Why Your Workout Should Be High-Intensity

I don’t know about you all but the “holidays” always take me the month of January to recover from.  My routine that seemed so simple in October now seems to have landed on the other side of the Grand Canyon!  As my wonderful trainer Michelle Persica said to me once in her wise and very funny way, “Just get in the darn helicopter and get over there!” when I was lamenting the loss of my routine to the other side of the abyss.  
The only thing that has saved me this year is doing the 7 minute workout.  Not perfectly, not every day as I had decided to do in some moment of insanity before Christmas but enough to not completely lose my way.  So, now the Girl Scout Cookies are here, my birthday is past and all signs point to the fact that I better get my act together before the “holidays” become the quarter of a year that I forgot that I love to row!  This article shows that you do not have to do much!  You can do 1 minute at a time.  Just go for it!
