When I was in nursing school I trained myself to take a 20 minute nap with my backpack over my face in the student lounge. As a midwife, mom, student, it was my only salvation from chronic sleep deprivation. It has stayed with me now mostly as a weekend activity. I may start this back up at lunch though and see what happens. Try it! 20 minutes is the key!
